I have the living room available in my 2-bdrm apartment. It is located at Pembina Hwy. I and my friend are university students, so most of our time is spend at the university itself.
The living room has one entrance(usually has 2), so it's pretty private along with it being spacious too. You can put a curtain and can have it as a big separate room!
No smokers/Drug doers/Drinkers/Party animals/No pets also please! We're students, so we would want peace when we get back. Preferably student who's clean and tidy.
The rent is $285 with hydro/internet extra. Hydro usually is around $30 each month and internet is fro $34 each month. So, if you do a little math, it comes down to $310-$320 per month only! Comes with a cabinet that you can use it as a mini-closet if you like. It is NOT furnished!
It had all major routes infront of the apartment, like 60, 62, 63, 81, 37, 70.
